Sounds like overdose of the grumpy pill. Next time cut it in 1/2 and you will only be slightly irritated.
Yeah I guess so. Just get disappointed in people sometimes. It really doesn't feel good.

wouldn't really say that. Just learned a few years ago that it is not wise to stay with someone whose enthusiasm for you is less than yours for them. And their ACTIONS definately are what to take NOT their WORDS. They can say they love you, and they want you to make them feel loved, but when their actions don't do same. It is just going to disappoint you. Even when they say that they expect you to make them feel loved while they are setting up relationship with someone else. The co-dependent part was that I knew it was going on and didn't even question it. THAT I've learned not to do again. That co-dependent behaviour is gone from me, and even in my current situation. I'm not going to let anything happen that is not okay with me. And it appears to be going not okay for me now. The rest is for a private conversation email on profile.
