If it was Angina (i know what that feels like) the Nitro would be perfect.
but what is going on it my "Flight or Fight" chemicals are always activated.. for the past few years. I have been working and have had them under control mostly, but lately they are not and I feel it in my chest. It is probably a precurser to a recent heart attack, which I have already had one last October 12. The chemicals which cause the fight of flight actions of the heart have been causing this pain.. I Need to get this under control. I would put a facebook update and get alot of feedback (mostly get yourself to the doctor or hospital) so I didn't post it there because my friends all worry about me. But it is on my mind and it scares me very much. So i just post it here because there are alot fewer readers here and alot I don't even know. So I get a chance to get things off my chest (no pun intended) without worrying my 300 facebook friends. Thank you for your Nitro advice. I do have it on me all the time :-) I do take a beta-blocker. which blocks the receptors of the secondary chemicals which should keep heart rate and BP lower (and it does I went from having 178/80 BP, which is not bad at all for my whole life, to now haveing 110/60 - 100/50 most of the time now. I would just like to sometimes shut off ALL the epenephrine and adrenaline for a little while to get some relief.. It has been some time now. (a few weeks) for past year I have been really focusing on getting rid of the stressful things. But it is hard for me and it always has been. I have had some personal tragedies over the past 2 years and I have really worked on what they all caused. without elaborating .. my Heart Attack was (besides having a blood clot in a coronary artery) stress related. anyway, I'm rambling on.. I just wanted to thank you for posting the comment, it made me think what the root of the problem is.
Like most artists, I'm quite often misunderstood.
I write, play and record music. I photograph things and people, Life....
I find most things interesting.
I believe that things have a right way to be.
