LA drivers

Observation: The LA drivers are so polite and nice. They let you in. Just turn on blinker and they slow down. The Sacramento drivers go out of their way to NOT let you in. Very important with the double yellow line car pool lanes when you only have 1/2 mile to merge over 5 lanes of traffic
